Ben Jones has moved. Board is looking to appoint someone to take the vice pres. position, that is now open.
There have been some misunderstandings on the watering issues. There are zones and sections within each zone. So the water may sound like it is on in the same place but it is a different section within each of the zones.
Landscaping advice to make things better.
Cleaning of light fixtures and entry ways. All residents will be invited to participate.
For Sale and Rent signs need to be placed in appropriate places.
Rental policy and waiting list to be written and enforced.
Items such as towels or anything should not be hung over balconies.
Trash needs to be put into the bins, boxes etc. need to be broken down. DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS OUTSIDE OR AROUND THE TRASH BINS. Make sure trash bin lids are closed.
Cars not being moved for long periods of time need to be checked to see who owns them and taken care of.
Birds in drier vent will be taken care of.
We would like to start having quarterly meetings for all homeowners to attend if they wish to do so.
